Prepared and consumed daily in the regions bordering the Himalayas, this traditional Chai (pronounced Tchai) is based on a full-bodied black tea with broken leaves (BOP) and a blend of spices (clove, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon) that is tasty and particularly warm. Omnipresent in small Indian street shops, the Masala Chaï, an age-old drink, is prepared by infusing the mixture directly into very hot milk which will be sweetened copiously with the pieces of a sugar loaf?
