If you have moved or changed your email address, it is important to change it in your customer account because it depends on how well your online purchase goes. For this nothing simpler, log in to your personal account and change your details in the settings. So you will be sure to receive your teas and infusions correctly!

I want to subscribe to your newsletter, how do I do it?

If you would like to be informed by email of the news, the trips of the small yellow box, the news around the tea and receive all our good deals and other discounts, you just have to enter your email address at the bottom of the page in the insert provided for this purpose.

I wish to unsubscribe to your newsletter, how to proceed?

First of all, you see us all disappointed to see you leave...we hope it is to better meet again! To unsubscribe, simply click on the link at the bottom of our newsletter. Go to your mailbox, click on the link “I want to unsubscribe”. Your request will be taken into account for the next mailing! 

What do you do with my contact information?

TC ASSOCIATES fully respects the anonymity of its clients and applies with the utmost care the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the RGPD.

At Tea&Cie, you will never be offered offers with very small unreadable lines that would hide something. At Tea&Cie, there is no ticked box for you, no data resale, nothing illegal and that would force your hand in any way. You stay in control of your coordinates! Moreover, at any time, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data.

How can I be sure that my order has been taken into account?

You will receive a confirmation email on the email address entered when creating your customer account. If you have not received this email, we invite you to contact us quickly.

Can I choose a different delivery address than mine?

Yes, you can choose the shipping address that suits you best!

I can’t order from my computer, tablet or phone, what can I do?

If you encounter a problem and you are unable to place an order, we invite you to contact us directly by telling us exactly the problem encountered, the browser used (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox...) and your operating system (Windows, MAC OS…).

How do I track my order?

You can follow the preparation of your order in real time. To do so, simply log in to your online account and go to the “My orders” area and select the order you want to follow.

Status “order validated”: once you have just placed an order and payment has been made, the order is validated. A confirmation email has been sent to you.

Status “order in preparation”: This means that we prepare your order ourselves in our workshop located rue Saint-Tropez in Vannes. Attention, at Tea&Cie, no provider, we are a family business and independent. We therefore prepare your orders ourselves with the utmost care.

Order "Delivered to Carrier" Status: This means that we have passed on your entire order to the carrier.

“Delivered order” status: You have received your Tea&Cie order!

Cancelled Order Status: This is a special status and will only appear if you wish to cancel an order. We process these requests ourselves and we confirm by email most often the passage of an order in cancelled status.

I don’t want to order online, can I do it in store?

Of course, you can order from one of our two stores in Vannes (Morbihan FRANCE). You will find all our catalog of tea and infusions as well as our accessories. However, to avoid any confusion about a product that is temporarily out of stock, we invite you to contact us beforehand and inform the shop of your wish.

What is a code advantage?

We sometimes offer codes to obtain benefits when you order teas, infusions or accessories around the tea (free delivery without a mandatory purchase amount, discount on the total amount of your order...). To do this, you are asked to apply the code when ordering in the specific space.

Payment

What payment method can I use to pay for my order?

We offer you to pay for your order directly online via a secure instance with Crédit Mutuel thanks to an SSL encryption process that guarantees you a very high protection. For Metropolitan France customers, payments by cheque are accepted.

How many teas and infusions do you have in the catalog and of what origin?

We offer about 250 teas and infusions according to availability and arrivals

Did you send samples?

We inform you that we do not send samples upon request. We sometimes offer during promotions or random order on our online store or in physical store. Ordering online does not mean that we provide samples every time!

Do you have advice for the use and preparation of your products?

To help you prepare your tea as well as possible, let us guide you through our “How to prepare your tea well” section. We tell you the temperatures to respect, the infusion time, the teapot to use according to each product to use.

Can I have more information about a product ?

In order to be regularly informed about new products, news from Tea&Cie and its small yellow box as well as our promotions and other favorites, you just need to subscribe to our newsletter. To do this, simply enter your e-mail address in the specially designed section at the bottom of this page. If you want a precise information and you have not found your happiness on the site, we invite you to consult our section contact us. You will have the possibility to contact us by mail or directly by phone on our shops in Vannes.

Exchange or refund

I would like to exchange or have my order refunded, how to proceed?

To do so, simply consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale! You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return it or to make a possible exchange of one or more products or of its entirety.
